Caesars Interactive Entertainment LLC is fortunate to be a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment, the world’s largest gaming company. As such, the CIE team has access to a wealth of talented people and resources, including the company’s ownership, Apollo and TPG, as well as the entire Caesars Entertainment Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Mitch Garber, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mitch Garber joined Caesars Interactive Entertainment in 2009 as its first executive and private investor. He was hand-picked by the Board of Caesars Entertainment, to lead Caesars’ foray into the interactive space. Garber serves as the company’s CEO, leading all company initiatives. He previously served as the CEO of PartyGaming, Plc, where he successfully led the market-leading online real money gaming company through a transition after the UIGEA law passed in October 2006. He has spent the last decade serving as CEO for private as well as public companies on Nasdaq, and the London and Toronto stock exchanges in the internet and e-commerce sectors. Garber holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University and a law degree from the University of Ottawa. He spent more than a decade practicing law, including working with many leading U.S. land-based casinos and gaming equipment manufacturers. He also serves as Chairman of Cirque du Soleil.

Ty Stewart, Senior Vice President and Executive Director of the World Series of Poker

Ty Stewart joined Caesars Entertainment from the National Football League in September, 2005 to help build the World Series of Poker brand globally. The WSOP was acquired just a year earlier by Caesars and Stewart quickly brought in sponsorships, arranged for licensing deals and oversaw the broadcasting of the event and management of the tournament as a whole. He is largely credited for the innovations and positive expansions of the WSOP, and has been instrumental in its continued growth. Stewart is a true marketer by trade, having spent more than 7 years at the NFL in Integrated Marketing and Promotions. He holds an MBA from the prestigious University of Oregon sports marketing program. He resides in Las Vegas and works out of the CIE corporate office.

Marco Ceccarelli, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Marco Ceccarelli oversees all of CIE’s technology and operational requirements and has done so since joining the company in March, 2009. With more than a dozen years of internet-related technology experience, Ceccarelli is a proven leader in this space and impacts every project CIE embarks upon. Prior to joining CIE, Ceccarelli served as the Group Operations Director for PartyGaming, Plc. He is based in CIE’s Montreal office.
